Shipping Info

SHIPPING

All orders will be shipped out within a week of the order being placed.

Due to the pandemic, mail may arrive later than expected. All packages (including international) will be sent out through USPS and include tracking numbers. If you have any issues with the tracking number or package delivery, please contact USPS to see if they can update you on your package. Once I send out the packages, I have no control over what happens to the package! But if your order arrives damaged, please contact me and send me a photo of the damage.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING 

Due to new VAT policies and other international shipping regulations, all international orders MUST be made through my Etsy at imaginativejoy.etsy.com If there is an item here on Big Cartel but not in my Etsy shop, please send me a message and I can create a custom order through Etsy for you.
